Vito D'Orazio joined privacy tools as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science, after receiving his Ph.D. in Political Science from Penn State. He is working primarily on a new interface for Zelig and tools for accumulating statistical results through Dataverse. Vito's methodological research covers topics such as machine learning, text analysis, measurement, and automated and crowdsourced data collection and analysis. Together, Or Sheffet and Vito D’Orazio mentored one REU student in 2014 (Connor Bain).
