 Victor joined the project in summer 2014 as an REU student. In 2015 Victor completed his undergraduate work in Computer Science & Mathematics at University of California, San Diego. He then joined the project as a Ph.D. candidate in September 2015, in the Theory of Computing group at Harvard.
