Census Bureau Issues Request for Information

The Census Bureau has issued a request for information regarding Privacy Preserving Implementations Auditing. The Bureau will use the information gathered in support of the 2020 Census of Population and Households, the 2017 Economic Census, and other data products produced by the Census Bureau. The information is intended to help the Census Bureau learn more about the capabilities of the marketplace for software auditing and formal evaluations for privacy vulnerabilities. CRCS Call for Postdoctoral Fellows and Visiting Scholars

The Harvard Center for Research on Computation and Society (CRCS) solicits applications for its Postdoctoral Fellows and Visiting Scholars Programs for the 2018-2019 academic year. CRCS provides Postdoctoral Fellows with an annual salary plus travel and research funding to allow Fellows to engage in independent research. Fellows typically spend between one to three years at CRCS. Visiting Scholars ordinarily bring their own support, but CRCS occasionally offers supplemental funding.
