The National Privacy Research Strategy, released by NITRD and NSTC in July 2016, drew a number of ideas from and cited the Computing Community Consortium whitepaper "Towards a National a Privacy Research Strategy," whose writing was co-chaired by PI Vadhan in Spring 2016.
