#  Proposal by Team Members Merce Crosas and Michael Bar-Sinai Wins Contest, is Published by Force11

 [Force11](http://force11.org/), a community working together in support of the goal of advancing scholarly communication, has published a solicitation for a system to create decision trees for dataset-related questions, such as "can I make my data open?." Team members Merce Crosas and Michael Bar-Sinai submitted the winning proposal, based on the DataTags/PolicyModels toolset. Their plan is a program that will improve the tools for creating and editing questionnaires and generate a basic user community. The next Force11 conference will include a session where attendees create decision trees using the improved PolicyModels tools.
