Course Description

This course explores ways to create and use technology to assess and solve real-world societal, political and governance problems. Case studies involve real-world data (e.g., twitter, online ads, and images). Teaching-learning occurs in a hands-on lab format.

There is no required textbook for this course. Instead, we will provide any course handouts on this, the course web site.
